Connecting people: When people work together, some wonderful chemistry emerges. I have learned this from my 30 years of work in the field of global environmental issues as an educator and as a policy specialist in the local government and in non-profit organizations. All my guests โexperienceโ using the โfive senses.โ I believe it is the best way to appreciate the culture and the nature.

I lived in the US for five years and in Italy for one year. From these experiences, I have learned the importance of cross-cultural understanding. Most recently, I enjoy cooking and eating, sometimes with guests from abroad, something delicious.
